Workshops
Participants in the Roadmap to Net Zero workshops will be guided through practical exercises to:
- Demystify terminology such as net zero, carbon neutral, and other science-based targets.
- Identify the main drivers for reducing emissions in the day to day operations of small galleries and museums.
- Review emissions scopes and explain their relevance to daily operations.
- Engage participants in completing an action plan template on ‘How to measure your organisation’s scope 1 and 2 emissions’.
- Support the development of individual plans for reducing emissions, with concrete and achievable targets.
- Identifying important actions for maintaining their collection in a changing climate.

Online Net Zero tools and guides will be produced and circulated to institutions and community cultural organisations for their ongoing use.
