- Procurement: Purchasing the required hardware and software, including, sensors, tags, control systems, etc.
- Installation: Installing the hardware in the designated locations, including sensors, alarms, and RFID tags
- Network Configuration: Ensuring secure and efficient communication between different parts of the system across the multiple buildings.
- Testing & Calibration: Conducting tests to ensure that the system is working as intended and making necessary adjustments.
- User Training: ICS provided gallery staff and security personnel training on the operation of the system and responding to potential alarms.
