- Damp assessment of every wall to identify sources of rising and falling damp, utilising thermal imaging technology.

Movable heritage condition reporting
- Assessed and reported on the condition of significant collection items, including light fittings, paintings, heritage furniture, and other objects.
- Coordinated removal, pest treatment, transfer into storage, then return and reinstatement and re-install condition check.
Basement stone and paver cleaning
- Collaborated with specialist cleaning company Let's Clean to undertake cleaning and salt remediation works in the basement and courtyard paving areas.
Heritage curtains replication
- Due to extensive pest damage the original curtains needed to be re-made.
- ICS made replica lace curtains and oversaw the fabrication of new replica drapes
Pest treatment works
- Provided advice and technical input to assist with pest treatments for the collection
- Worked with pest experts to safeguard the heritage of Duntroon House during the refurbishment.
Timber repairs
- Undertook repairs of various timber elements, such as windows, doors, and other architectural features.
- Ensured the repairs matched the original design and materials, maintaining historical integrity.
Wallpaper replacement
- Oversaw the fabrication of new custom-designed conservation-grade wallpapers from a specialist artisan wallpaper manufacturer, ensuring the wallpaper was in harmony with the heritage aesthetics of Duntroon House
- Coordinated the removal, preparation, and installation process with specialists.
