- System Design: The Fortecho system was customised to protect the diverse collection, including originals, copies, prints, and special pieces like the "genuine forgery"
- Procurement and Installation: The necessary hardware was acquired, and specialists installed cameras, sensors, and alarms strategically throughout the gallery's exhibition spaces
- Software Integration: Fortecho's software was integrated with the existing security system Gallagher, with potential connections to environmental controls
- User Training: ICS provided gallery staff and security personnel training on the operation of the system and responding to potential alarms
