Lisa Hayes

Lisa joined ICS in May of 2024 after a 25 year career in registration and collection management, working for private collectors, as well as the Australian National Maritime Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art Australia, Biennale of Sydney and Tate, in the UK. 

Lisa’s expertise in organising large-scale exhibitions and client coordination has equipped her perfectly for this role at ICS.  She manages key conservation projects and maintains strong client relationships with insurance companies, museums and individuals.  Lisa also provides support to the Deputy CEO and the conservation team in the Department of Fine and Decorative Arts as well as ensuring internal systems and workflows run smoothly.

Lisa is passionate about natural dyeing, repurposing fabric, hand stitching, bookbinding and sailing (in fine weather).
