Katie joined ICS Melbourne in February 2021. She specialises in conserving stone, wood and decorative surfaces, along with external and internal architectural features, historic objects, frames, monuments and statuary.

Katie has worked with a variety of historic and cultural organisations across the United Kingdom including the Palace of Westminster, the National Portrait Gallery, Chatsworth House, The National Trust, and Eton College. Katie is a current member of the Australian Institute for the Conservation of Cultural Material (AICCM).

Royal Botanical Gardens Statuary

A key element for the Royal Botanic Gardens was always the placement of classical statuary intended to uplift the local populace. Over the years the collection had gradually deteriorated.
