Isabelle joined ICS Sydney as Graduate Objects Conservator, using her Masters of Cultural Materials Conservation and internships in historical collections to cement her experience across conservation treatments and skills.

Issy has a passion for working with complex art objects with a particular interest in First Nations and Contemporary Art. Her conservation skills include conservation treatment of mainly inorganic materials such as glass, ceramic, metal, plastic, polychrome sculpture; treatment of organic materials including woven materials, leather and also large-scale outdoor heritage including outdoor sculpture, murals, archaeological site maintenance. She is also interested in preventive conservation, collection management and object housing, as well as documentation, analysis, and condition assessments.
