Elisabeth joined ICS in May of 2022 with a personal interest in the arts and heritage sector. She comes from an extensive background in administration and customer service, having held various roles in hospitality, airlines, and corporate client services.
In her role of Client Services Manager, Elisabeth maintains relationships with both individuals and institutions as the main point of contact for clients engaging ICS for conservation work and advice. She assists the team of conservators with the administration and coordination of projects, particularly those involving complex financial aspects.
She is also heavily involved with ICS’s social media presence, with a passion for engaging the public in the fascinating behind-the-scenes work that occurs within heritage conservation.
