An arts administrator by training, Meredith brings wide-ranging skills and experience to her Collection Projects Manager role for our Museum & Gallery Services Division. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Arts Admin, an MVA (Fine Arts) and a BVA from the University of New South Wales, University of Sydney and Rhode Island School of Design.
Meredith is a versatile arts professional working across the art and heritage project management space. She has specialist knowledge in Collection Management and Care, Museum and Gallery Services, Art, Contemporary Art, Heritage, Project Management, Corporate Partnerships, and Client Services. She manages art and heritage collection projects, collection relocation and maintenance, and exhibition installations. She also supports business administration, client services, accounts procurement and corporate partnerships.
Meredith’s highlight projects during 9 years’ with ICS include: planning and relocation of a major art collection for the Australia Council for the Arts, resourcing for a large-scale specimen collection digitisation project for the Royal Botanic Gardens Herbarium, management of corporate partnerships with Artbank and National Trust NSW, and establishment and integration of Smartrack RFID systems at ICS for artwork and object registration and collection tracking.
