This full-time position is available for immediate commencement in November 2021.
We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Administration & Projects Officer to support our Business Operations Team and the Fine and Decorative Arts Section. You will coordinate and manage a wide range of activities related to client service, administration, and project support for conservators and jobs.
Business Operations Team
Responsibilities include client service, updating the client database, drafting estimates for conservation treatments, processing payments, arranging transport, support website updates, sourcing specialist supplies and booking specialist subcontractors.
Fine & Decorative Arts Division
Working with conservators, you will provide project assistance, coordinate and minute team meetings, monitor invoicing, draft and contribute to project reports, and liaise with clients and subcontractors. Assisting with the preparation of tenders and submissions is a key responsibility, along with maintaining conservation job records.

Salary will be in the range of $57,528 - $60,864 plus 10% superannuation.
